Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

Purpose and legal basis for data processing:

Personal data is processed by the data controller for the purpose of responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form or email message based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Types of data processed:

  • First name, last name, company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to inquiries submitted through the form.

Recipients of personal data:

Personal data may be disclosed to the following entities:
a/ Providing accounting, legal, or advisory services to the data controller;
b/ Managing IT systems;
c/ State authorities or other entities authorized under the law, at their request, for the purpose of performing duties incumbent on the controller.

Data retention period:

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to respond to inquiries submitted through the form. Personal data processed based on separate consent will be processed until it is revoked.

Rights regarding provided data:

The data subject has the right to:

a/ Access their personal data;
b/ Rectify data;
c/ Erase or restrict processing of data;
d/ Object to processing, as well as the right to data portability;
e/ Withdraw consent (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal);
f/ Lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) regarding data processing.

To modify their personal data or withdraw consent, the User should send an email to the Controller at requesting a change to their personal data, indicating how this change should be made.
