  1. The conclusion of the contract between the Parties takes place at the time of placing a written order by the Recipient. The Supplier prepares a confirmation of the order and provides it to the Recipient.
  1. In the event of withdrawal of the order in whole or in part, the Recipient is obliged to cover all costs resulting from the execution of the order. Individual arrangements between the Parties are excluded.
  1. The offer does not constitute the conclusion of the contract. It is only a proposal for the price, payment terms, delivery terms of the goods, the description and characteristics of which are included in the offer attachments.
  1. The offer is valid for 7 working days from the moment of sending it to the Recipient.
  1. The Supplier prepares packaging designs at the Recipient’s request. The prototypes are intended to accept the design and check the construction, dimensions or strength of the packaging.
  1. The Supplier charges the Recipient a fixed fee for making the designs of PLN 50/pc net. Individual arrangements between the Parties are excluded.
  1. VAT + 23% should be added to the prices included in the offer.
  1. The Supplier shall individually present transport prices in the offer (transport included in the packaging price or transport not included in the packaging price) depending on the arrangements of the Parties.
  1. A change of the delivery location by the recipient after placing an order results in a price adjustment and requires acceptance by both Parties.
  1. The price set by the Supplier may be subject to recalculation due to changes in raw material prices or production costs dependent on market prices.
  1. The Supplier is obliged to deliver the goods to the Recipient in accordance with the order, subject to the possibility of discrepancies resulting from:
    • Weight tolerance +/- 5%
    • Creasing tolerance +/- 3 mm
    • ETC parameter tolerance +/- 10%
    • Quantity tolerance in delivery +/- 10%
  1. In the event of termination of cooperation, the Recipient is obliged to collect their goods from the warehouse within 7 days.
  1. The costs related to the purchase of tools (plates and dies) are covered by the Recipient. The exceptions are individual arrangements included in the offer.
  1. If the Recipient has not placed an order for a given type of tool within 12 months, the Supplier is authorized to dispose of the tools.
  1. Placing an order by the Recipient is understood as the acceptance of the above conditions.
